Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
InFLOW Engine is operated by InFLOWential Inc, a Florida corporation (“InFLOWential Inc”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through inflowengine.com, app.inflowengine.com, our forms, booking pages, and text-message programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, mobile phone number, company, and anything you write in a form, booking request, chat, or message to us.
- Consent records — when you opt in to text messages, we record which boxes you ticked, the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you used, and your IP address, so we can prove and honor your choices.
- Booking information — the time you book, the details you provide, and any video-meeting link created for the appointment.
- Account information — if you use the InFLOW Engine app, your login email and workspace settings.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, and similar data collected through cookies and server logs.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To schedule, confirm, remind you of, and run appointments.
- To send the text messages and emails you have agreed to receive, and to honor opt-outs.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and app.
- To process payments and keep business records.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we use it only to send the text messages you agreed to. We offer two separate programs, each with its own checkbox:
- Account & appointment messages (non-marketing) — appointment confirmations and reminders, account notifications, and replies to your inquiries.
- Marketing messages — offers, events, and announcements. You only receive these if you separately opted in to marketing messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as our text-message delivery provider and customer service, is permitted. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP or emailing ask@inflowengine.com. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS section of our Terms of Service for full program details.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. Subject to the SMS restrictions in Section 3, we share information only:
- With service providers who process it on our behalf to run our services — for example hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Google Firebase), text messaging (Twilio), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), and video meetings (Zoom). They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or InFLOWential Inc.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never transferred to a third party for its own marketing.
5. Data Our Clients Store in InFLOW Engine
Businesses that use InFLOW Engine as their CRM decide what customer information they store and how they contact their customers. For that data, the business is responsible for its own privacy practices and consent, and we process it on their behalf. If you are a customer of one of those businesses, please contact them directly about your information.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure how our site is used, and keep it secure. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
7. Data Retention and Security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep required records (including proof of text-message consent), and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing ask@inflowengine.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
